Ulta To Open New Store Outside of BostonPosted: April 4, 2011
Ulta, the West Coast beauty emporium, is coming to the Northshore Mall in Peabody on April 15th. For years I’ve been reading about Ulta in Lucky Magazine, envious of women on the West Coast who shopped there. Although Ulta has four other stores in Massachusetts, I go to the Northshore Mall a lot, so this will be the Ulta closest to me. Ulta carries a wide range of beauty brands, from high-end and department store lines like Philosophy, Benefit, and Mario Badescu, to quailty drugstore brands such as Olay, Neutrogena, and Dove. There’s something to fit every budget.
A Mario Badescu’s Skin Care Specialist will be on hand on April 15th from 9-4pm for ULTA’s Grand Opening in Peabody, MA. You will receive a personalized skin care regimen that will get your skin looking its best. Customers will receive a FREE gift with any $50 Mario Badescu purchase. Limit one per customer.
Personally, I can’t wait until Ulta comes to the Northshore Mall since it means I don’t have to be at the mercy of pushy Nordstrom sales associates when I want to buy products from lines that both stores sell, such as Mario Badescu and Philosophy (especially when they’re sold out of what I want and try to convince me to buy something else – which happens a lot). The Northshore Mall already has a Sephora store, but it looks like Ulta has a wider range of products. Have you been to both Ulta and Sephora? Which do you like better? I can’t wait to discover Ulta later this month.
